A no-worries option. Here’s what you can expect from your MISSION Accident Damage Protection Plan.

  1. DEFINITIONSThroughout this Agreement, the following bold, capitalized words have the stated meaning:
  2. Accidental Damage:The unintentional and accidental damage that occurs during normal use.
  3. Mission:Mission Corp., 6321 Bury Dr., Suite 14, Eden Prairie, MN 55346.
  4. Agreement:This document, including all provisions, terms, and conditions related to your MISSION Accident Protection Plan.
  5. Agreement Purchase Date:The date You purchased this Agreement from Mission.
  6. Agreement Purchase Price:The purchase price You paid for this Agreement, as listed on the Purchase Confirmation.
  7. Commercial Use:Use of a Covered Product in a non-residential setting including rental, business, educational, industrial, institutional, or any other multi-use organizations other than a single-family household.
  8. Covered Product:The consumer item(s) You purchased concurrently with this Agreement and identified on Your Purchase Confirmation.
  9. Purchase Confirmation:The document provided to You, via paper or email delivery, as proof of purchase of this Agreement. It identifies the Agreement Holder, Agreement Purchase Date, Agreement Purchase Price, Covered Product, and term of this Agreement.
  10. We, Us, Our:
  11. You, Your, Service Agreement Holder, Agreement Holder:The purchaser referenced on the Purchase Confirmation. This Agreement is non-transferable and applies only to the individual identified on the Purchase Confirmation.
  12. COVERAGE PERIODCoverage under this Agreement begins on theshipment date of the Covered Product and continues until the expiration of the term shown on the Purchase Confirmation, the date We fulfill Our obligations under this Agreement, or the date the Covered Product is replaced, whichever occurs first. The term of this Agreement runs concurrently with any manufacturer’s warranty that may exist during the coverage term.

Plan Eligibility Accident Protection Plans must be purchased within 15 days of the Covered Product’s shipment date. If the plan is purchased after the product has been delivered, We may require photo documentation of the product’s condition before activating coverage.

  1. MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTYParts and services covered during the manufacturer’s warranty period are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Your Covered Product may have a labor and/or parts warranty from the manufacturer that provides additional or overlapping coverage with this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement will limit or discharge any manufacturer’s obligations. If the Covered Product is replaced by the manufacturer, Your replacement device will become the Covered Product under this Agreement, provided You notify Us and provide any information requested to update Your coverage.
  2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESYou must properly maintain, inspect, store, care for, clean, and use the Covered Product according to the manufacturer’s instructions. If the Covered Product becomes damaged, You must take appropriate steps to prevent further damage. Proof of maintenance, care, and inspection may be required at the time of a claim. If We determine that any loss or damage resulted from negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions, Your claim may be denied.
  3. WHAT IS COVEREDThis Agreement covers the cost to repair or replace the Covered Product if it is accidentally damaged during normal use.

Repair or Replacement Policy: If your Covered Product is damaged beyond repair, We may elect to replace it. Replacement may be fulfilled using new, refurbished, or cosmetically blemished units that are functionally equivalent to the original product. Refurbished products are guaranteed to meet MISSION's performance and safety standards, though they may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections. Our goal is to ensure your product works like new—even if it doesn’t look brand new.

  1. EXCLUSIONSThis Agreement does not provide coverage for:
  2. Any repairs covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  3. Cleaning, periodic checkups, or preventive maintenance.
  4. Pre-existing conditions or any product sold used or "AS-IS," including floor models or demo units.
  5. Replacement parts due to normal wear and tear (replacement parts available separately from Mission).
  6. Damage from failure to follow manufacturer instructions, abuse, misuse, intentional damage, or unauthorized modifications.
  7. Lost or stolen products.
  8. Products used for commercial or rental purposes.
  9. Products used outside their intended purpose.
  10. Products not purchased by the original buyer.
  11. Products not purchased directly from Mission.
  12. Non-functional or aesthetic parts (e.g., clips, rings, scratches, peeling, dents, fading, discoloration, etc.).
  13. Unauthorized repairs.
  14. Accessories used in conjunction with the Covered Product (e.g., pumps, bags).
  15. Any loss or condition not expressly covered.
  16. Damage resulting from gross negligence, abuse, or improper use of the Covered Product—including but not limited to prolonged dragging across abrasive surfaces, improper inflation, intentional misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer-recommended care and storage guidelines.
  17. CANCELLATION OF THE AGREEMENT BY USWe may cancel this Agreement at any time without prior notice in cases of non-payment, material misrepresentation, or substantial breach of responsibilities by You. If cancelled for any other reason, We will provide notice at least five (5) days prior to the effective date of cancellation. Notice will include the reason and be sent to Your address on file. A pro-rata refund of the unearned portion of the fee will be included unless cancellation is due to non-payment. If this Agreement was purchased inadvertently for a product not eligible for coverage, We will cancel the Agreement and issue a full refund.
  18. TRANSFERThis Agreement is non-transferable.
  19. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTIONAny information disclosed to Us under this Agreement is not considered confidential. We may collect and process data on Your behalf to administer this Agreement. Your data will not be shared with third parties without Your permission. We will comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws in Your jurisdiction.
  20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYThis Agreement sets forth the full extent of Our responsibilities. We are not liable for special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of business, third-party claims, inconvenience, or lost use of the Covered Product), whether or not caused by breach, negligence, or other wrongful acts—even if advised of such possibilities. No agent or retailer is authorized to modify Our obligations under this Agreement.
  21. SPECIAL STATE REQUIREMENTSAny provision of this Agreement that conflicts with state law in Your state of residence will be modified to comply with such laws and regulations.
  22. CLAIM REQUIREMENTSTo file a claim, You may be required to provide proof of purchase, order number, and supporting documentation such as photographs or video of the damage. We do not require a product serial number for claims processing.
