This warranty outlines the terms and conditions of coverage for Mission Outdoor products against manufacturer's defects for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
Coverage:
Mission Outdoor warrants that its products will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise during the three-year period following the purchase date.
Exclusions:
Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, neglect, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Mission Outdoor. This warranty does not extend to cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality.
C-Stock Products are excluded from the Manufacturer's Warranty
Claims Process:
If you believe your Mission Outdoor product is defective and covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:
- File a claim using our claims form, or contact Customer Service at our support email.
- Our customer service team will evaluate the information provided and may request additional documentation or images to assess the issue.
- If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturer's defect and within the warranty coverage, we will, at our discretion, replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal value, or refund the original purchase price.
- In the event of a replacement, the warranty coverage for the new or refurbished product will continue for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
Limitations:
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to you. Mission Outdoor shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product covered by this warranty.
This warranty is valid only for products purchased from authorized Mission Outdoor retailers or directly from Mission Outdoor. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Mission Outdoor reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty program at any time without prior notice, but any changes will not affect claims made prior to the modification or discontinuation.
