If you have an order that says it was delivered but you can't seem to find it, we recommend double checking your mailbox, front door, or with your building management office or neighbors. Once the shipment is marked "delivered" by the carrier, we no longer have visibility to the package. You can also call the carrier to see if they have any more information.
If the package still doesn’t turn up, definitely let us know and we’ll open a lost package case with the carrier and work out a solution.
