If no one was home at the time of delivery and your package does not require a signature, the carrier will typically leave it in a safe location at your address.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see your package, we recommend:

• Checking around your home (front/back doors, garage, mailbox, porch, etc.)

• Asking neighbors or building management in case they accepted it on your behalf

• Confirming the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email to ensure it was sent to the correct location

In some cases, packages may be marked as delivered but arrive within the next 24–48 hours.
