If your tracking information hasn’t updated yet, don’t worry — this is usually normal and often resolves on its own.
Here are a few common reasons tracking may not immediately update:
Processing time: Orders may take 1–2 business days to process before being picked up by the carrier.
Carrier scan delays: Carriers sometimes miss an initial scan, and tracking may not update until the package reaches the next facility.
In transit between facilities: Tracking can pause for several days while the package is moving between distribution centers.
Weekends or holidays: Carriers may not scan or move packages during non-business days.
Weather or volume delays: High shipping volumes or weather events can temporarily slow tracking updates.
In many cases, tracking will suddenly update once the package reaches the next checkpoint.
