Shipping Policy

US orders: processed same day if placed by noon CT, shipping charges at checkout, possible delays. International orders: prices in US dollars, taxes/fees responsibility of customer, processing time may be required.

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and international locations.

3. Order Processing

All orders placed by noon Central Time (CT) are typically processed the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

4. U.S. Domestic Shipping – Contiguous 48 States

 

  • Shipping Charges: Orders valued at $75 or more will qualify for Free Economy shipping. Shipping charges for expedited delivery options will be calculated and displayed at checkout for orders below $75 or those wanting faster delivery.

  • Delivery Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  • Signature Required: For orders with a subtotal of $850 or more, a signature upon delivery will be required. If you request that the carrier does not require a signature, the responsibility for the product potentially going missing or any related discrepancies will fall upon you.

  • Taxes and Fees: MISSION Corp. is not responsible for any local taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Transit Times: Transit times displayed at checkout are estimates and not a guarantee of a delivery date. For updated delivery estimates during transit, contact the carrier assigned to your shipment. Estimated transit times are in Business Days and not weekends or holidays.

4. International Shipping

  • Currency: Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversions, we recommend using a Currency Converter.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Import Duties and Taxes: Any import duties, taxes, or carrier brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Commercial Invoices for international shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.

8. Carrier Responsibilities

Once an order is released to a carrier, MISSION is no longer responsible for the delivery of said order. Responsibility is transferred to the carrier. If any delays occur in shipping or a package is lost, responsibility falls on the carrier.
