We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This warranty outlines the terms and conditions of coverage for Mission Outdoor products against manufacturer&apos;s defects for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Coverage Mission Outdoor warrants that its products will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise during the three-year period following the purchase date on A-Stock and B-Stock &#xA0;in stock products.&#xA0; C-Stock: Our C-Stock products have been examined and repaired by our team, however they are not in a new condition. Therefore they will not be covered under the full three year warranty. All C-Stock products will have a 90 Day manufacturer&apos;s warranty attached to them. This warranty is subject to the availability of a replacement C-Stock identical item.&#xA0; Exclusions Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, neglect, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Mission Outdoor. This warranty does not extend to cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the product&apos;s functionality. This warranty does not cover discontinued items. Claims Process If you believe your Mission Outdoor product is defective and covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:<ul><li data-hs-cos-general-type="widget" data-hs-cos-type="inline_richtext_field" style="font-size: 16px;">File a claim using our claims form, or contact Customer Service at our support email.</li><li data-hs-cos-general-type="widget" data-hs-cos-type="inline_richtext_field" style="font-size: 16px;">Our customer service team will evaluate the information provided and may request additional documentation or images to assess the issue.</li><li data-hs-cos-general-type="widget" data-hs-cos-type="inline_richtext_field" style="font-size: 16px;">If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturer&apos;s defect and within the warranty coverage, we will, at our discretion, replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal value, or refund the original purchase price.</li><li data-hs-cos-general-type="widget" data-hs-cos-type="inline_richtext_field" style="font-size: 16px;">In the event of a replacement, the warranty coverage for the new or refurbished product will continue for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.</li></ul>Limitations To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to you. Mission Outdoor shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product covered by this warranty. A no-worries option. Here&#x2019;s what you can expect from your MISSION Accident Damage Protection Plan.<h2 id="1-definitions-">1. DEFINITIONS </h2>Throughout this Agreement, the following bold, capitalized words have the stated meaning:<ol><li>Accidental Damage: The unintentional and accidental damage that occurs during normal use.</li><li>Mission: Mission Corp., 6321 Bury Dr., Suite 14, Eden Prairie, MN 55346.</li><li>Agreement: This document, including all provisions, terms, and conditions related to your MISSION Accident Protection Plan.</li><li>Agreement Purchase Date: The date You purchased this Agreement from Mission.</li><li>Agreement Purchase Price: The purchase price You paid for this Agreement, as listed on the Purchase Confirmation.</li><li>Commercial Use: Use of a Covered Product in a non-residential setting including rental, business, educational, industrial, institutional, or any other multi-use organizations other than a single-family household.</li><li>Covered Product: The consumer item(s) You purchased concurrently with this Agreement and identified on Your Purchase Confirmation.</li><li>Purchase Confirmation: The document provided to You, via paper or email delivery, as proof of purchase of this Agreement. It identifies the Agreement Holder, Agreement Purchase Date, Agreement Purchase Price, Covered Product, and term of this Agreement.</li><li>We, Us, Our: Mission.</li><li>You, Your, Service Agreement Holder, Agreement Holder: The purchaser referenced on the Purchase Confirmation. This Agreement is non-transferable and applies only to the individual identified on the Purchase Confirmation.</li></ol><h2 id="2-coverage-period-">2. COVERAGE PERIOD </h2>Coverage under this Agreement begins on the shipment date of the Covered Product and continues until the expiration of the term shown on the Purchase Confirmation, the date We fulfill Our obligations under this Agreement, or the date the Covered Product is replaced, whichever occurs first. The term of this Agreement runs concurrently with any manufacturer&#x2019;s warranty that may exist during the coverage term.Plan Eligibility Accident Protection Plans must be purchased within 15 days of the Covered Product&#x2019;s shipment date. If the plan is purchased after the product has been delivered, We may require photo documentation of the product&#x2019;s condition before activating coverage.<h2 id="3-manufacturers-warranty-">3. MANUFACTURER&#x2019;S WARRANTY </h2>Parts and services covered during the manufacturer&#x2019;s warranty period are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Your Covered Product may have a labor and/or parts warranty from the manufacturer that provides additional or overlapping coverage with this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement will limit or discharge any manufacturer&#x2019;s obligations. If the Covered Product is replaced by the manufacturer, Your replacement device will become the Covered Product under this Agreement, provided You notify Us and provide any information requested to update Your coverage.<h2 id="4-your-responsibilities-">4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES </h2>You must properly maintain, inspect, store, care for, clean, and use the Covered Product according to the manufacturer&#x2019;s instructions. If the Covered Product becomes damaged, You must take appropriate steps to prevent further damage. Proof of maintenance, care, and inspection may be required at the time of a claim. If We determine that any loss or damage resulted from negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions, Your claim may be denied.<h2 id="5-what-is-covered-">5. WHAT IS COVERED </h2>This Agreement covers the cost to repair or replace the Covered Product if it is accidentally damaged during normal use.Repair or Replacement Policy: If your Covered Product is damaged beyond repair, We may elect to replace it. Replacement may be fulfilled using new, refurbished, or cosmetically blemished units that are functionally equivalent to the original product. Refurbished products are guaranteed to meet MISSION&apos;s performance and safety standards, though they may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections. Our goal is to ensure your product works like new&#x2014;even if it doesn&#x2019;t look brand new.<h2 id="6-exclusions-">6. EXCLUSIONS </h2>This Agreement does not provide coverage for:<ol><li>Any repairs covered by the manufacturer&#x2019;s warranty.</li><li>Cleaning, periodic checkups, or preventive maintenance.</li><li>Pre-existing conditions or any product sold used or &quot;AS-IS,&quot; including floor models or demo units.</li><li>Replacement parts due to normal wear and tear (replacement parts available separately from Mission).</li><li>Damage from failure to follow manufacturer instructions, abuse, misuse, intentional damage, or unauthorized modifications.</li><li>Lost or stolen products.</li><li>Products used for commercial or rental purposes.</li><li>Products used outside their intended purpose.</li><li>Products not purchased by the original buyer.</li><li>Products not purchased directly from Mission.</li><li>Non-functional or aesthetic parts (e.g., clips, rings, scratches, peeling, dents, fading, discoloration, etc.).</li><li>Unauthorized repairs.</li><li>Accessories used in conjunction with the Covered Product (e.g., pumps, bags).</li><li>Any loss or condition not expressly covered.</li><li>Damage resulting from gross negligence, abuse, or improper use of the Covered Product&#x2014;including but not limited to prolonged dragging across abrasive surfaces, improper inflation, intentional misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer-recommended care and storage guidelines.</li></ol><h2 id="7-cancellation-of-the-agreement-by-us-">7. CANCELLATION OF THE AGREEMENT BY US </h2>We may cancel this Agreement at any time without prior notice in cases of non-payment, material misrepresentation, or substantial breach of responsibilities by You. If cancelled for any other reason, We will provide notice at least five (5) days prior to the effective date of cancellation. Notice will include the reason and be sent to Your address on file. A pro-rata refund of the unearned portion of the fee will be included unless cancellation is due to non-payment. If this Agreement was purchased inadvertently for a product not eligible for coverage, We will cancel the Agreement and issue a full refund.<h2 id="8-transfer-">8. TRANSFER </h2>This Agreement is non-transferable.<h2 id="9-privacy-and-data-protection-">9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION </h2>Any information disclosed to Us under this Agreement is not considered confidential. We may collect and process data on Your behalf to administer this Agreement. Your data will not be shared with third parties without Your permission. We will comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws in Your jurisdiction.<h2 id="10-limitation-of-liability-">10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY </h2>This Agreement sets forth the full extent of Our responsibilities. We are not liable for special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of business, third-party claims, inconvenience, or lost use of the Covered Product), whether or not caused by breach, negligence, or other wrongful acts&#x2014;even if advised of such possibilities. No agent or retailer is authorized to modify Our obligations under this Agreement.<h2 id="11-special-state-requirements-">11. SPECIAL STATE REQUIREMENTS </h2>Any provision of this Agreement that conflicts with state law in Your state of residence will be modified to comply with such laws and regulations.<h2 id="12-claim-requirements-">12. CLAIM REQUIREMENTS </h2>To file a claim, You may be required to provide proof of purchase, order number, and supporting documentation such as photographs or video of the damage. We do not require a product serial number for claims processing.
